Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet (accessible via the master bedroom).

Sleeping area: a parents’ section with a double bed (140 × 200) and  a children’s section with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom (140×190) and a single bed on the top (90×190).

Outside: a large 22 m² wooden terrace, garden furniture with benches and a coffee table, bistro table with outdoor chairs, a parasol, 2 camping chairs, and a plancha grill.
