For more peace and security, the campsite is entirely pedestrian during the school vacations and the spring break. Vehicles must be parked on the campsite parking lot during these periods.

Reception
Come along to reception when you arrive for all the information you need to settle in. The reception team will also be happy to help throughout your stay and answer any questions you have about the surroundings, activities and sightseeing you can do in the region.
There is also a computer with internet access for your use, and a grocery shop just opposite!
The Central Lodge
The large Safari tent, opposite the Food Truck, is the ideal place to get together on Huttopia de Roos campsite. Take a break and enjoy quality time together, play one of the games, or borrow a book… Free wifi is also available in the Central Lodge.

SUMMER LITTLE TRAPPERS
Each morning in summer (6 days a week) at Huttopia De Roos, the 5-12 year olds become Little Trappers as they enjoy fun activities always held out in the heart nature: treasure hunts, wooden hut building, Land’Art, and more!

The Vechtdal is known for its many nature reserves. Sands, moorland, marshes and lakes alternate with beautiful lush green meadows as far as the eye can see. There are several hiking and cycling routes in the area, just ask at reception!

The Vecht, unique natural heritage
Go on an excursion to discover the natural wonders and picturesque villages along the banks of the Vecht. The Vecht Valley is home to well-known towns like Ommen, Hardenberg, Dalfsen, Staphorst and Zwolle, but also idyllic little villages where you can enjoy the peaceful and traditional atmosphere of the old farmhouses.
ALL SORTS OF ACTIVITIES ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILIES
The campsite is set in the midst of nature and you can observe lots of different species of animals and birds, as you explore the area on foot, by bike, or along the river… Or why not by learn all about the local cows and their cheese? Visit the Zandman Agricultural Experience Centre in Beerze to learn all about milking and even get your diploma! Just 15 km from the campsite in Dalmsholte, you can also visit the Heileuver cheese dairy and its shop: guided tours are offered by the cheese maker so you can discover the cheese production area, the brine room, the coating area, and the maturing areas, and end it all with a cheese tasting.
