Questions?
What is a "ready-to-camp" accommodation at Huttopia?
Ready-to-camp is a simple and reassuring way to enjoy a break in the great outdoors, even with no camping experience. Everything is already set up for you: just arrive, drop your bags, and fully enjoy nature while traveling light.
What’s the difference between a pitch and a ready-to-camp accommodation?
A pitch gives you the freedom to come with your own equipment — tent, campervan, or caravan — and set up yourself. Ready-to-camp is another way to experience camping: your accommodation is already there, ready and comfortable, so you can immediately enjoy the outdoor spirit, with no setup or organization.
Do I need to bring a tent, pegs, or mattress?
With ready-to-camp, everything is already ready. You arrive, settle in, and simply enjoy the moment.
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome in many accommodations. For everyone’s comfort, we just ask you to follow a few rules: one animal per accommodation, up-to-date vaccinations, and kept on a leash in shared areas.
Is there a kitchen in the accommodations?
Yes, the idea is to give you real freedom on site. Depending on the accommodation, you have a kitchen area with the essentials to prepare your meals simply, at your own pace, and make the most of your days outdoors.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Bed linen and towels are available as an option. To travel light, simply choose the comfort option when booking to have your sheets and towels ready on arrival.
We’re coming with a baby: can we get a baby bed and high chair?
Yes, of course. For a more relaxed trip, just request this in advance: it allows us to guarantee availability for your dates.
Is there heating? Is it suitable outside summer?
Depending on the model, our accommodations are suitable throughout the seasons: some have a wood stove for a warm, cozy atmosphere. Fans are provided to keep you comfortable when the days get warmer.
Can I park near my accommodation?
Some campsites offer this possibility. On other sites, parking is centralized: a simple way to preserve peace and immersion in nature. You park on arrival, then walk to your accommodation with a trolley for your belongings.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsites?
Huttopia encourages a real break from screens in the accommodations, so you can fully enjoy the moment. If you need it, Wi-Fi is available in the central lodge.
What services are available at the campsites?
Depending on the campsite, you can enjoy a Café-Comptoir for a simple meal on site — including pizzas, sharing boards, crêpes, and drinks — and, for small needs or forgotten items, a small grocery store.
What should I still bring in my suitcase?
The ready-to-camp spirit is about traveling lighter and simplifying logistics. Just think of your personal essentials (weather-appropriate clothing, toiletries, etc.). For linen, the best tip is to check when booking: depending on your choice, it will be included or you’ll need to bring it.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes, it’s a very simple way to discover camping as a family, enjoying the comfort of an accommodation that’s already ready for you. And depending on the season, some campsites also offer activities for children, in line with the season and on-site organization.
