Which rate should I choose: the NO FLEX, ZEN or CLASSIC rate?

Here’s an overview of the different rate options available for your booking:

  • No Flex rate: Discounted rate, non-amendable and non-refundable, only available for bookings made at least 45 days before your stay (accommodation only)
  • Classic rate: Cancellation or changes possible up to 30 days before arrival
  • Zen rate: Free cancellation or changes up to 10 days before arrival

The No Flex and Zen rates are not always available depending on booking dates.
